“A 30 something optimist and ‘Fun, Food & Fitness blogger’ in my spare time, my aim is to get more people doing the things they ‘put off until tomorrow‘.
After building up to 10k I decided to train for a half marathon in 2015, unfortunately I injured my knee in training which forced a lengthy period off running. After surgery in 2016 and lots of rehab, I was finally back pounding the streets earlier this year and have recently completed my first Sprint Distance Triathlon.
Like the trooper I am I’ve signed up to take part in a Half Marathon later this year, determined to make the distance this time.
