I didn’t get my ticket by email!

Before getting in touch, please check your email spam filter. If it’s not there, no problem, email us on [email protected] and let us know which email address you used to register with and we’ll re-send it to you.

Which days are my ticket valid for?

All tickets are valid for both days of the weekend, so you can attend the show on either/both days!

I booked 4 tickets but only received 3!

If you booked other tickets with other people’s email address, then their ticket will have gone directly to them. If they were all booked under your email, then check your spam, and if it’s not there, let us know.

Can people buy tickets on the door?

Yes, you can buy a ticket at the Show’s entrance, but we strongly recommend pre-booking for quicker entry.

Can I bring children with me?

Any adult can bring a child under 10 without a ticket, but any children 10 or over will need their own ticket and be supervised at all times.

Can I bring my pet?

Only support animals are allowed inside the Hall.

What about parking?

You should park in at the NEC car parks. The NEC has additional information on parking, but if you’re travelling by coach please email us. Please be aware the NEC charge for parking.

Will there be food stalls?

Yes, there will be a number of NEC-managed food stalls, and some of our exhibitors will sell packaged food items.

Which hall are you in?

We are in Hall 19. You can see an NEC map here.

Will I need ID?

We don’t require ID to gain entry to the Show.

What time can I arrive?

We allow entry to the Hall any time during the day between 09:00 and 17:00 on both days.

Do I need to book to see a speaker?

No, all speaker talks and panels are first come, first served.

Do I need to book for the Ask The Experts area?

Bookings can only be made on the morning of each day. Make sure you arrive early as this area will be incredibly busy!
