The organisers of The National Running Show Birmingham have announced Hammer Fitness as the sponsor of the Treadmill Challenge taking place at the event on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th January 2020.
Hammer Fitness will be offering three Hammer Fitness treadmills as top prizes for the Hammer Fitness Treadmill Challenge, along with a number of other prizes at the third edition of this award-winning event at Birmingham’s NEC.

Of particular excitement about Hammer Fitness’ involvement in The Treadmill Challenge is the news that the prize treadmill will be a brand new 4332 Hammer Life Runner LR22i TFT launched in December, just a month before The National Running Show Birmingham. This foldable treadmill offers a maximum speed of 22 km/hour, a continuous motor output of 2.5 hp / maximum power of 6.5 hp, a maximum 12% incline in 1% steps, plus Bluetooth for music and a USB charger. The three lucky winners of the Hammer Fitness Treadmill Challenge will therefore be taking home a state-of-the-art piece of equipment, completely new to the market, in order to enhance their fitness efforts at home.
Anyone can enter the ‘Fastest Mile’ Challenge, with the fastest mile runner each day winning a Hammer Life Runner LR22i treadmill. The third treadmill will go in a random draw, giving everyone who completed the mile on the treadmill over the weekend a chance to win too.
In addition to the three treadmills up for grabs, Hammer Fitness will be giving away prizes from Shapeheart, PopSockets and Caterpy Running Laces, plus Hammer branded merchandise.
The Hammer Fitness Treadmill Challenge is one of many interactive feature areas at The National Running Show. These areas have always been extremely popular among visitors, offering a valuable chance to chat to the experts, seek advice and try out products for themselves.
The National Running Show is the UK’s biggest independent running show, offering runners the unique opportunity to try out and purchase the latest products and limited editions from big, well-known brands through to smaller brands not found anywhere else. The show expects more than 55,000 visitor ticket registrations for 2020, all of whom will be able to discover the latest kit, tech, nutrition and races from over 250 exhibitors, learn from inspiring speakers and improve their running technique thanks to the hands-on feature areas.
