My name is Debbie, I’m an ex mental health nurse, mum of 3 children, who’s still striving to help people improve their mental wellbeing through fitness. My passion and drive is always to promote openess about mental health to reduce the stigma that surrounds it but also to encourage individuals to act if they notice friends or family struggling.
I’m am the owner of Mole Valley Fitness. I offer Personal Training, Run/Trail & Dynamic Movement Skills Coaching, Kettlercise & Gravity Yoga classes. I help individuals (including runners) move better and more efficiently and also return to running post injury, staying injury free!
I am the founder of a large local running community, who came runner up for club of the year in the South East. Currently involved in creating the National Running Club for the National Run Show.
I’m a multiple ultra marathon/marathon/half marathon finisher. I love an adventure & thrive on seeing others achieve more than they thought possible.
Since being diagnosed with Osteoarthritis, I’m having an awesome time trying lots of new activities, spending time cycling, rock climbing and will be trying my hand at kayaking again in preparation for a run/kayak trip in Santorini 2022.
