I started running in 2019. I’m 46 years and The Running Mayor of Kensington and Chelsea.
Running has become part of my daily routine. I use it as a way to stay fit and look after my mental and spiritual wellbeing.
I’m also the Running Ambassador for The Emancipation Run Crew.
