Retail giant Up & Running has once again signed up as a key retail partner at the National Running Show Birmingham, bringing top running brands to the much anticipated 2021 show at the NEC in Birmingham on 30-31 January.
Up & Running specialises in running shoes, apparel, accessories and electronics, with products from today’s favourite running brands.
With the huge uptake in running since the lockdown measures were announced, there is much anticipation for the UK’s leading running exhibition where the public will once again be able to connect directly with brands, get first sight of new products, benefit from show discounts, hear from the industry’s top speakers and take part in a host of interactive features.
The show will once again be hosted by running legends Susie Chan and Iwan Thomas, with an enviable speaker line-up including Lord Sebastian Coe, Jonnie Peacock, Lily Partridge, Lazarus Lake, Jenni Falconer, Derek Redmond, Scott Jurek and Callum Hawkins.
Mike Seaman, CEO at The National Running Show commented: “Given the turbulence the country has faced lately and the postponement of so many events I don’t think there has been a more anticipated show! We are thrilled to welcome Up & Running back to our Birmingham Show. Having top brands at the event is key to delivering an experience that people want and need to be able to prepare themselves for the running season ahead and with Up & Running’s line up of brands people will have a plethora of choices to suit their individual needs.”
Jonathan Midwood, General Manager at Up & Running, added: “The National Running Show is a key date in our diary each year and we are delighted to be joining the show as a key retail partner for the 2021 show in Birmingham. We look forward to offering runners an unparalleled choice of running products from their favourite brands.”
