Raccoon Events is a new exciting and dynamic UK events business run by a group of exhibition and digital marketing experts. Over the last 13 years we’ve worked for most of the major event organisers and we’ve run hundreds of exhibitions and conferences in key locations all over the world.

We set up Raccoon because we wanted to create exhibitions that offer something new and different in underserved markets that we understand and that we love. We believe that great events are about community, fun, innovation and excitement and we hope that we offer you that with The National Running Show.

I’m Nathalie, Portfolio Director for The National Running Shows, Run Show USA & National Equine Show. I have worked in the events industry for the past 11 years, running events in a variety of sectors including technology, marketing, building and franchising. I am a big fitness fan so working on The National Running Show is very exciting. When I’m not working in the events world I am a busy mum to 2 little ones.

Sales Manager

I’m Rach, Sales Manager at Raccoon Events. I am an avid runner and gym goer. If I’m not training for a marathon then you’ll catch me in the gym lifting weights to help me get through the OCR’s.

Mike Seaman


I’m Mike, and I’m a keen runner and outdoor enthusiast. I can regularly be found running on the trails in the Surrey Hills and enjoy any form of outdoor exercise. I’ve completed several marathons, a few ultra-marathons and other challenges such as the 3 peaks. I am passionate about sustainability and being active.

I’m Jo, Chief Operating Officer for Raccoon Events working across all of the event brands. With over 20-years’ experience in the events industry, my specialty is launching new products and enhancing user experience. In my spare time I also run to keep fit (with the occasional half marathon) and love enjoying the great outdoors with my husband and two kids.

Kate Jamieson

Head of Content

Kate is the Head of Content for Raccoon Events. She has over 20 years’ experience in the world of Publishing, Marketing and Communications. Passionate about sport and activity in all its forms, she loves to run (especially with her dog), cycle and is always up for a fun challenge.

Hannah Hopwood

Senior Marketing Manager

Hannah is the Senior Marketing Manager for the National Running Shows. With years of experience, Hannah has worked across a range of social media campaigns for B2B and B2C events, as well as a number of community projects. When Hannah isn’t working she loves running (pretty slowly) in the countryside and swimming in the sea.

Alex Hayman

Content Producer

Alex is a Content Producer at Raccoon Events. He graduated from university in summer 2021 and is looking to pursue a career in sports events. When he’s not at work he’s most likely doing something outdoors. He loves snowboarding, road cycling, rowing and, in the last couple of years, has taken up rock climbing.
