Raccoon Events is a new exciting and dynamic UK events business run by a group of exhibition and digital marketing experts. Over the last 13 years we’ve worked for most of the major event organisers and we’ve run hundreds of exhibitions and conferences in key locations all over the world.

We set up Raccoon because we wanted to create exhibitions that offer something new and different in underserved markets that we understand and that we love. We believe that great events are about community, fun, innovation and excitement and we hope that we offer you that with The National Running Show.

Nathalie Davies

Group Event Director

I'm Nathalie, Group Event Director for The National Running Shows and Run Show USA.  I have worked in the events industry for the past 11 years, running events in a variety of sectors including technology, marketing, building and franchising. I am a big fitness fan so working on The National Running Show is very exciting. When I'm not working in the events world I am a busy mum to 2 little ones.

Rachel Marsh

Account Manager

I’m Rach, Account Manager at Raccoon Events. I am an avid runner and gym goer. If I’m not training for a marathon then you’ll catch me in the gym lifting weights to help me get through the OCR’s.

Mike Seaman

CEO

I'm Mike, and I’m a keen runner, but not very talented. I run for fun (my fastest marathon time is dressed as an elephant) and am always up for a big challenge. I love the Running community and want to support it through our events and other activities.

Jo Tyler

CMO

I’m Jo, CMO for Raccoon Events working across all of the event brands. With over 20-years’ experience in the events industry, my specialty is launching new products and enhancing user experience. In my spare time I also run to keep fit (with the occasional half marathon) and love enjoying the great outdoors with my husband and two kids.

Ashley Cox

Senior Marketing Manager

I’m Ashley, Senior Marketing Manager at Raccoon Events. I have over 14 years’ experience in the world of Marketing, PR and Communications working across the consumer and corporate sectors. I am an avid runner (as long as it’s not raining!) and love being able to merge my passion with my career at The National Running Show.

Hannah Hopwood

Marketing Manager

Hannah is the Marketing Manager for the National Running Shows. With years of experience, Hannah has worked across a range of social media campaigns for B2B and B2C events, as well as a number of community projects. When Hannah isn’t working she loves running (pretty slowly) in the countryside and swimming in the sea.

Verity O'Brien

Head of Content

I'm Verity, Head of Content for The National Running Shows. I have been working in the world of PR, client and social media management for several years. When I'm not working I'm mum to 2 little ones who keep me very busy!

Matthew Lambert

Operations Director

Matthew has spent over 25 years in the exhibition industry, working across the ‘holy trinity’ of organiser, venue and contractor.

Maelstrom Event Solutions

Operations Team

Maelstrom Event Solutions offer clients a one-stop event management service from initial planning right through to post-event analysis. We have many years experience of organising and managing exhibitions, conferences and other events for organisers, associations and corporate clients.

Darren Pinder

Director

I'm Darren, one of the Directors of Raccoon Events, and responsible for the digital presence, websites, and online user experience for The National Running Show. I casually run half marathons in my spare time!

Ralph Collett

Chairman

Ralph has worked in Media and events for over 25 years with companies such as Reed Business Publishing, William Reed, United Business Media and more recently with CloserStill Media. Ralph was the MD of healthcare and launched over 8 events in the healthcare and medical sectors. His team won multiple EN and AEO awards and won best launch several times. Ralph now runs a successful events consultancy and investor.

Dominic Brown

Marketing Assistant

Dominic is the Marketing Assistant at Raccoon Events working across all shows. He is a keen sportsman and gym-goer with a background in promoting the benfits of physcial activity to mental health and wellbeing. Dom is the go-to for anything social media!
