Where can I get tickets?
How do I claim and assign my tickets?
The tickets will need to be claimed and assigned to those who you are coming to the show with. If you head to the link here and follow and enter your order reference number and email you will then need to follow the instructions to claim a ticket for yourself and assign the remaining tickets.
Once they have been assigned an email will be sent to the user inviting them to accept the ticket.
I bought a ticket, but didn’t receive it by email.
You can track your ticket order here
Which days are my tickets valid for?
All tickets are valid for both days of the weekend, so you can attend the show on either/both days!
Why can I only register 2 adults in my order?
Due to a lot of duplications with ticket ordering, we are now limiting the number of complimentary tickets per email address. If you are booking tickets on behalf of someone else then please book using a different email address so that the tickets are sent directly to the person attending. If you have any questions then please contact [email protected]
Can I buy a VIP ticket?
We have made a decision as a brand not to charge for these tickets, but if you follow us on social media then you might be able to win one for free!
