The Main Stage
Want to hear from people who have done it all before? We’ve put together an amazing line-up of speakers including Dame Kelly Holmes, plus other celebrity and professional runners through to expert medics and nutritionists. Every session finishes with 3 top tips on how to achieve your running goals.
The Treadmill Challenge
You love challenges and so do we! We have 16 hours to run 100 miles in our first ever Treadmill Challenge. There will be one treadmill which will aim to keep running throughout the duration of the event. National Running Show Visitors will be invited to take part and run in 30 minute bursts (subject to a health assessment). If you would like to take part then please contact email@example.com.
Ask The Experts
Your opportunity to meet 121 with some of our keynote speakers and to pick their brains in detail. Appointments need to be booked at the start of each day at the appointment booking area and are available on a first come first served basis. Please get there early to avoid disappointment.
The Physio Room
Stretching? Massage? Warm ups and cool downs? Are you taking care of your body properly? Come to the Physio room and ask our team of experts how you should be preparing and repairing your body.
The Nutrition Advice Zone
Do you know what you should be eating and drinking? Good nutrition can fundamentally improve performance and bad nutrition can simply ruin a race. Take the time to visit our advisors and learn some of the fundamental dos and don'ts of nutrition.
We offer free gait analysis to all visitors – although please be aware this is a very popular feature! Gait analysis provides you with essential information about your running style. This is important however long you have been running and will help enable you to select the right shoes. The main focus of gait analysis is measuring the level of pronation.
After you’ve visited the Gait Analysis area – why not visit our Trainer Fitting Zone – an opportunity for you to try and buy the latest brands. We provide several treadmills in this area and we recommend you always try them out before you buy them.
