The SILVA Northern Traverse® is a 300km non-stop race across the North of England following the Wainwright coast-to-coast path through 3 National Parks; The Lake District, The Yorkshire Dales, and The North York Moors. The equally inspiring Lakes Traverse completes the initial 100km through the Lake District.
