For the 2019 National Running Show we are including a new feature to our stand. In addition to 3D gait analysis, we are going to be offering FREE musculoskeletal (MSK) strength and flexibility testing. Our MSK assessment uses a series of different measurement tools to objectively measure strength of your muscles and range of motion of your joints. This information is vital for preventing injuries and improving your running movement patterns. Our MSK test includes:
- Ankle strength
- Hip strength
- Hamstring strength
- Single leg squat assessment
- Hip mobility
- Ankle and calf mobility
- Glute Bridge Functional testing
After you’ve had your MSK assessment you might choose to join one of our free rehabilitation classes also being held on our stand. We will run several throughout both days of the show to help give you some ideas of how to improve your strength and mobility- specifically for runners!

Run3D are a series of clinics run by experts in gait analysis for injury prevention, detection, and performance improvement. Used by expert runners such as Jo Pavey, and endorsed by groups such as Women’s Running, GQ Magazine, and Technology Review, the Run3D system has been proven to help new and experienced runners improve their performance and reduce the risk of injury. Run3D will be providing Gait Analysis at the National Running Show for all visitors!* The analysis will allow runners to gain a valuable insight into their bodies and how they run, helping them to improve performance.
* May not be available to all visitors if demand is very high! More information about availability will be announced closer to the event.
