Find out how she did this and how you could become a Run Leader. Serena set up a women only RunTogether group and is now helping new Run Leaders set up more groups as a Run Leader Mentor. She is also passionate about promoting mental health through running with the monthly #RunAndTalk and as a Mental Health Champion
