Mo Farah and other legends to meet fans in Farnborough next weekend

More than 10, 000 runners are expected to descend upon Farnborough International next weekend (7-8 May) for the National Running Show South. With inspiration from some of the world’s top runners including Sir Mo Farah, Steve Cram, Paula Radcliffe, Rob Pope and Jo Pavey it is set to be the ultimate day out for runners.

Spanning the weekend of the 7-8 May and operating 9-5pm the National Running Show South is the go-to event for all runners. With over a hundred brands including Up & Running, Hoka One One, Runderwear, Mizuno, iPRO, Pulseroll, adidas, Sports Tours International, Forestry England, Ordnance Survey and Therabody visitors will be able to discuss, try and buy all the latest gear from the latest running shoes to hydration vests, running apparel to nutrition and hydration support.

The show is organised by runners for runners and is a wonderful opportunity for our amazing running community to get together. The 2022 event is the second edition of the National Running Show South and will host an abundance of exciting features including an Inspiration Stage, a Running Skills Theatre, Gait Analysis from Chiltern Physiotherapy, The Strength Training Zone by Renovate Wellness, a Pilates Zone sponsored by Pilates for Runners, a Man V Machine activation from The British Motor Show and The Recovery Zone from Pulseroll. After a few hours of retail therapy and absorbing the inspiration and advice on the stages, visitors can restore their energy and catch up with friends in The Run Café sponsored by Runderwear and visit the Bad Boy Running Chill Out Zone where they can relax and chat to other run enthusiasts and chill out with the Bad Boy Running team whilst talking all things run.
