I’m a Bristol-based ultrarunner, running coach, content creator and host of The Trail Running Briefing podcast. Running isn’t simply something I do; it’s central to how I live, learn, connect and grow.
My passion lies in endurance running, particularly trail and ultra-distance events, where progress is built through patience, consistency, resilience and smart preparation. I’m passionate about showing runners that ultrarunning isn’t only about going further; it’s about developing a sustainable relationship with training, strength, nutrition, mindset, recovery and the outdoors.
As a running coach, I take a holistic approach that goes far beyond weekly mileage. My coaching combines endurance development, strength training, fuelling strategies, mental preparation, recovery and long-term durability. I believe runners should be able to pursue ambitious goals while protecting their bodies, enjoying the process and building lasting confidence.
Through my Instagram content, I share practical, evidence-based advice for trail runners and ultrarunners. From training structure and race preparation to fuelling, heat management, injury prevention and recovery, my aim is to make complex subjects clear, useful and honest.
I also host The Trail Running Briefing podcast, where I explore important ultrarunning topics in a simple and accessible way. Each episode gives runners a practical takeaway they can apply to their own training or racing.
As a National Running Show ambassador, I’m proud to champion the power of the running community. Running has changed my life, and I want to help others discover the same sense of purpose, confidence and joy that endurance sport has given me.
