I’m a Liverpool‑based runner who’s passionate about building community and helping people fall in love with running. Over the past few years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where runners of all abilities feel supported, seen, and excited to get involved. As the Run Community Lead for sportswear brand Velozia and an ambassador for up and coming Coaching app URUNN, I’ve helped shape and grow running communities across the city - launching new sessions, strengthening partnerships, and creating environments where people genuinely want to show up.
I thrive on bringing runners together, whether that’s through group runs, local collaborations, or content that celebrates the everyday stories within our sport. My own running journey is rooted in purpose and connection. I’ve always believed running is bigger than miles, and I use my platform to spotlight that: the friendships, the shared goals, the confidence people build when they feel part of something.
Community is Everything! That’s why I’m passionate about engaging runners beyond performance, celebrating the joy of running, the connection it creates, and the moments that remind us why we fell in love with it in the first place. Running isn’t just about splits or chasing the next milestone, it’s about community, confidence, belonging & doing it for the right reasons.
I want to help Velozia build a space where people feel inspired, supported and excited to show up as themselves. I’ve experienced first‑hand the power of community and how much it can transform someone’s journey.I love engaging people in running, especially those who don’t see themselves as “runners” yet. Whether I’m leading a run, chatting to people or creating content that makes running feel accessible and enjoyable, my goal is always the same, to help people feel connected, encouraged, and excited to be part of a community.
