I'm Rob Sillito, a mental health nurse from Stoke-on-Trent with a passion for running, community, and inspiring others to believe they're capable of more than they think.

Since taking up running in 2021, I've progressed from beginner to marathon and ultra runner, while sharing the highs, lows, and lessons along the way.I'm the co-host of the award-winning Couch to Coached Running Podcast, where we chat with inspiring guests and help runners of all abilities enjoy the sport.

Away from running, I work within the NHS, leading on reducing restrictive practices and patient safety.

Running has given me so much, and I'm passionate about giving back. Through fundraising challenges and community events, I've raised thousands of pounds for charity, and this year I'm taking on the Venari Partners Rockies Challenge in Canada to support mental health services.

Whether it's encouraging someone to take their first steps, chasing a new PB, or sharing honest experiences from the running community, my aim is simple: to show that running really is for everyone.
