As a dad of three boys and husband (of one wife) my main passion in life is my family. Spending time with them and doing life together has been my biggest joy.

Around 4 years I started to actively think about ways that I could inspire my boys. Show them that although life won't always be easy, if they put their mind to pretty much anything, they can succeed. So with that in mind I signed up for London Marathon 2024 via the ballot, and miraculously I got a place! This was the start of, what has now become a huge part of my life.

I will be completing my fourth marathon in Amsterdam this year and have not only shown my kids that 'You can do hard things!' but have surprised myself with how my running has improved but also how it's had a huge positive impact on my life, both physically and mentally.

I am in love with running and the whole of the running community and am passionate about sharing my journey and the joys of running with others.
