I am corporate gal by day, I’m usually end to end, travelling far and wide for my job. Running is, and always has been, my outlet. I’m a fiend for a schedule and plan everything meticulously to make sure I can fit everything in to a busy lifestyle.

I’m a 5 Majors runner, Sydney in August 2026 and hopefully Boston in April 2027!!!

Running has introduced me to people who are now my closest friends and given me a sense of belonging in communities I never thought existed or possible. Running has helped me personally overcome an eating disorder, which I struggled with for years in my university days. It’s given me hope. A sense of purpose. An understanding and appreciation for myself and my body. I’ve learned to fail, and I’ve also learned that failing is a necessary part of growth!

Attending Expos and previous running shows is SO exciting - meeting new people, companies and connecting with likeminded individuals. It’s a buzz like no other, and The National Running Show does this on a scale beyond anything else!
