The National Running Show 2027 to celebrate 10 Years with exclusive After-Hours Anniversary Party

The National Running Show is reaching a proud milestone in 2027. Across the weekend of 30-31 January 2027 at NEC Birmingham, the Show will mark a full decade as the UK’s biggest running meet-up. Over the last 10 years, the event has played host to hundreds of thousands of runners and world-class global athletes.

To celebrate ten incredible years of bringing the running community together, the show is rolling out a series of special anniversary activities, including an exclusive After-Hours Party on the Saturday evening. Spaces are strictly limited for the ultimate celebratory soirée from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Over 1,000 exhibitors and visitors will gather to raise a glass to a decade of success, with a live DJ and immersive entertainment keeping the party vibes going strong.

Since the debut event in 2018, The National Running Show has become the ultimate calendar highlight for everyone from weekend joggers to seasoned ultra-marathoners. While in 2027 the daytime will be packed with anniversary features, the evening event will give everyone a chance to step off the busy exhibition floor and mix in a more relaxed, but fun social setting.

It will present an opportunity for brands, ambassadors, athletes, industry peers, and runners to chat, network, and share stories. By extending the fun into the evening, the show is creating a space where brands can really connect with the community and build lasting relationships away from the daytime distractions.

Talking about the 10 year anniversary celebrations, Mike Seaman, Group CEO of Raccoon Media Group, said: “I'm incredibly proud of our team's achievements over the last decade. The 2027 event will be a milestone moment to reflect on our journey, this is where it all started and we are planning numerous ways to celebrate in style. Because my personal passion and my work overlap, The National Running Show holds a special place in my heart. The true beauty of the event is the genuine love and ownership the running community feels towards it. They embrace it as their own.”
