Derek Redmond, who will be speaking at the show on Saturday 22 January, commented: “I am really looking forward to attending The National Running Show Birmingham and for the opportunity to share my running story and hopefully inspire visitors to dream big. I am looking forward to meeting and hearing the stories of some of the visitors who will be attending and would encourage everyone, regardless of running ability, to stay connected, move their body and look after their mental health in 2022. Being part of a larger community can go a long way when it comes to feeling connected and inspired and I am honoured to be able to play a part in that at The National Running Show Birmingham.”
