My family and I came to the National Running Show on Sunday and were amazed at how disability friendly your staff are!
Our 9 year old is a wheelchair user and as soon as we arrived in the entrance of the halls a staff member took us right to the very front so we could see the opening ceremony and not get trampled on the crush when the crowds came in.
Another staff member spotted us and kindly gave us access to the VIP seating area if Anna needed to sit quietly and we were allowed to the front of the queue at the meet and greet area.
What could have easily turned into a stressful day with an overwhelmed and tired child turned out to be very easy thanks to your staff being so vigilant to the needs of people with disabilities.
Anna thoroughly enjoyed herself and wants to come back next year!!
