The organisers of The National Running Show Birmingham in partnership with Children with Cancer UK have confirmed that SafeSize will be returning to the 2020 event on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th January at Birmingham’s NEC.

As the global leader in shoe recommendation and fitting advice, SafeSize will once more be promoting ‘Brilliant Shoe Discovery’ within the Intersport Zone.

SafeSizeA hugely popular feature of the 2019 show, Brilliant Shoe Discovery is equipped with SafeSize 3D scanners offering a personalised shoe fitting experience for runners of all levels. With footwear one of the most important things to get right as a runner, visitors to the show can have their feet scanned and in just two seconds receive an accurate 3D foot profile. This advanced foot analysis enables each individual to discover the right shoe for them and enjoy a better shoe-buying experience. Expert staff from SafeSize will be on hand to help runners understand their foot profile results and the footwear that best suits their needs.

SafeSize is one of a number of top brands exhibiting within the Intersport Zone at The National Running Show. Other brands confirmed in the Intersport Zone include ASICS and New Balance, and there will be plenty of retail opportunities plus a number of exciting feature areas like The Running Skills Theatre, Ask the Experts and All Terrain Running Zone.

The interactive Feature Areas are always a big hit at The National Running Show as they offer runners a valuable chance to improve their running technique, find out more about specialist areas and chat to the experts. Feature areas at the 2020 show include The Ultra Zone, Obstacle Course Race, The Trail Zone, 3D Gait Analysis, Steve Cram’s Training Camp, Nutrition Advice Zone, Sweat Test Zone, Treadmill Challenge and The Treatment Room.

Equally popular is the Speaker Programme which will welcome running greats including Sally Gunnell, Linford Christie, Dean Karnazes, Kriss Akabusi, Jo Pavey, Steve Cram, Susannah Gill, Jordan Wylie, Lazarus Lake, Camille Herron, Nicky Spinks, Mimi Anderson and Anna McNuff. Visitors can sit back and be inspired at the Inspiration Stage and the brand new Ultra Zone, the schedule for which is now confirmed.

The National Running Show is the UK’s biggest independent running show, offering runners the unique opportunity to try out and purchase the latest products and limited editions from big, well-known brands through to smaller brands not found anywhere else. The Birmingham show expects more than 55,000 visitor ticket registrations for 2020, all of whom will be able to discover the latest kit, tech, nutrition and races from over 250 exhibitors, learn from inspiring speakers and improve their running technique thanks to the hands-on feature areas.

The third edition of The National Running Show Birmingham in partnership with Children with Cancer UK takes place on 25th-26th January 2020.
