Luke Tyburski is a performance mindset coach, ultra runner, and author who has ran across the Sahara desert, down Mt Everest, across a tropical island off the coast of China without food, water, money, and with a plane to catch!

Alongside many other ultra-marathons (he still has not raced a marathon…) Luke has completed double Ironman triathlons and his self-created 2000km in 12 day Ultimate Triathlon from Morocco to Monaco.

 

Through accomplishing these (and many more) mind blowing physical feats, failing to finish multiple running adventures and races, while overcoming a dark battle with depression that almost cost him his life; Luke coaches other runners how to train their mind to optimise their physical performance using a collection of the exercises, procedures and ways of thinking that has helped him and countless clients to mentally stay on track when going after their physical goals!
