Gary is a trail runner and running coach from North Wales with many epic race finishes to his name including the Dragon’s Back and two first place wins at Equinox 24. Gary has spent more than 10 years working as a coach and getting results for others. He trains hard but also loves the fun side of trail running creating engaging skits for social media.
