Harry has been running for over 24 years, from starting out on the track and representing Wales as a junior, to finding his way onto trails and into ultra-trail racing over recent years.
He grew up in North Wales and has a degree in Sport Biomedicine & Nutrition which he puts to good use as an accredited run coach.
In 2013, Harry moved to Thailand, running around the mountains of Chiang Mai which is where his trail running journey began.
In 2016, he decided to take racing seriously again and see how far I could take things. That meant 14 races, 9 wins, course records on the trails, roads and up a skyscraper, and his first 100k.
In 2017, he started racing internationally to further challenge himself as a trail runner, and in 2019 he reached a major milestone in his running career, signing his first contract as a professional trail runner. He has gone on to represent GB in Mountain Running at the World Championship in 2022 & 2023.
Most recently, he competed in the CCC at UTMB 2024 where he came 17th out of 2,269 – making him the highest placed Brit in the race and also 5th for his age group (35-39).
Harry has built up a following on his Instagram, where he shares the highs and lows of his training to his near 14K followers.
