Paul Larkins is a former sub four minute miler who represented GB at World
and European level. Twice the British champion indoors over 3000m, Paul also
won the American Collegiate mile title. He ran for GB at the World Indoor
Champs in Seville and was a member of the bronze medal-winning team at the
World Road Relays. Today, he’s the editor of Trail Running magazine, devoted
to all things running off-road as well as a club and England team coach for
the U18s on the track. Still very much a runner, he recently ran an ultra in
Lapland.
