Tom is the Chief Operating Officer for Limelight Sports Group, the Chair of the Ealing Half Marathon Legacy Company CIC and Running Mayor of Ealing.

The Group consists of two companies. LimeLight Sports, the sports marketing agency and LimeLight Sports Club, the participation sports rightsholder. Limelight organises the Royal Parks Half Marathon, Asics London 10k and Hackney Half Marathon amongst many other events.
As a resident of the London Borough of Ealing, Tom seeks to create and promote running initiatives for his local community. He has been an integral part of the volunteer network supporting the award winning Ealing Half Marathon and latterly become the Running Mayor for the area. He is passionate about creating opportunities for the community to benefit from being involved with running, whether that be through taking on a running challenge, running as a means of active travel and or volunteering at running events.
Tom is a regular runner himself, has completed over 400 parkruns and fundraised money through running challenges for Mind, the Teenage Cancer Trust, The Ealing Foodbank and The Ruth Strauss Foundation.
