Lillie Bleasdale is a marathon athlete, running coach, and women’s health advocate, best known for combining high-performance endurance sport with honest conversations around living and training with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis.
Founder and Head Coach of PASSA, Lillie has built a thriving online coaching collective that has supported hundreds of women of all abilities - from beginners training for their first races through to marathon runners chasing personal bests and qualification standards. Her coaching philosophy focuses on sustainable training, strength, confidence, and helping women build long-term consistency without sacrificing their health or wellbeing.
Alongside coaching and competing, Lillie has become a respected voice within the women’s health and sport sector, speaking openly about her own experiences with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, hormonal treatments, fertility, and the realities of balancing chronic illness with athletic performance. She is also an ambassador for New Balance.
Her openness and honesty have helped create a supportive space for women navigating similar challenges, while also encouraging more conversations around female health in endurance sport.
As both an athlete and coach, Lillie is passionate about helping women realise their potential - proving that performance and health should work together, not against one another.
