Rajinder Singh MBE, widely known as the Skipping Sikh, is an internationally recognised fitness advocate, motivational speaker and community champion who has inspired millions of people around the world to embrace movement, resilience and healthy living.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rajinder became a global symbol of hope after sharing his daily skipping workouts online, motivating people of all ages and abilities to stay active during lockdown. In recognition of his outstanding services to health and fitness during the pandemic, Rajinder was awarded an MBE. Rajinder's mission is simple: to inspire people to move more, believe in themselves and discover that it's never too late to make a positive change. He will have done 7 full marathons this September and did his first one in his 70s.
