We’re very proud to welcome Children with Cancer UK as The National Running Show’s first ever charity partner.
Every day in the UK, 12 children are told they have cancer. That’s 12 families whose lives are turned upside down by long and frequent hospital stays and gruelling treatment. Children with Cancer UK fund vital research to find better, more effective treatments and ultimately a cure. Their aim is to keep families together, and they won’t stop until every child survives. We can help them achieve this.
The charity is launching a new virtual run, and we’re excited to share details with you exclusively today. By registering for #12for12, you will join thousands of people pound the streets (or treadmill) by running 12k on World Cancer Day (Tuesday 4th February 2020)* to support the 12 children diagnosed with cancer every day. When you register, you’ll receive a pair of limited-edition gold shoelaces as well as a free ticket to the National Running Show.
