Joel is the co-owner of Run Company, the fastest growing specialist running retailer and etailer in the UK (runcompany.co.uk). Joel also has one of the UK’s longest running streaks having run at least 5K every day since jan 1st 2011 and is passionate about encouraging everyone to put their shoes on and get outside. To break up his streak he is trying to run with and chat to as many interesting runners as he can. His motto is: a slow run is better than no run.
