The National Running Show welcomes Go Run Right and more exhibitors

The organisers of The National Running Show have confirmed Go Run Right as a sponsor of the event on 20-21 January at Birmingham’s NEC, as well as two further partners and seven further exhibitors.

It is just over two weeks until the doors open to this innovative new expo and these latest names in running will join a first-class line-up of race organisers, sports retailers, sports brands, nutrition experts, official sporting bodies and communities all ready to thrill and inspire the UK’s running community.

Go Run Right comes on board as Official Sponsor of the Run Clinic, an extremely fitting role given that they specialise in designing and implementing running coaching to individuals. Through analysis and simple, effective drills, Go Run Right helps runners to identify problems and learn injury-free run techniques in order to run safely, more efficiently and faster. Co-founders Vince and Nick have over 19 years of professional fitness experience between them and their mission is to help as many people in the world to run well. Visit Go Run Right at the Run Clinic to find out how you can move from where you are to an upgraded, better runner.

The two latest partners to join The National Running Show are Harrisons Creative and Deaf Hub. Specialists in creative event dressing, Harrisons Creative promises to be of interest to event organisers looking to gain maximum impact and awareness through their branding. Their custom flags, scrim and race arches are ideal to showcase an event and its sponsors.

Second partner Deaf Hub will be playing an important role at The National Running Show as interpreters for the Main Stage for the audience who are deaf or hard of hearing.

The seven new exhibitors for this exciting new show for runners are Intersport Run Reigate, British Airways Run Gatwick, Back in Action, Bloomsbury Sport, Active Root, Too Many T-shirts and Wolfpack Running.

Intersport Run Reigate was proudly voted the UK’s Best Half Marathon (≤ 5,000) by runners at The 2017 Running Awards, and will be taking a stand at The National Running Stand to promote its fifth anniversary race on Sunday 16th September 2018.

The same team behind Intersport Run Reigate has launched British Airways Run Gatwick, the UK’s most exciting new road race. Taking place on 13th May 2018, this highly anticipated event includes an International Half Marathon & 5K, a Corporate 5K and a Family Run for 4-15 years.

Any visitor to the show who has experienced back pain as a result of running will do well to visit Back in Action, who offer back pain solutions. At their stand they will be offering a test run of a Mobiliser system to decompress the lower spine and help increase race performance.

Bloomsbury Sport will appeal to runners of all abilities with their excellent range of sport and fitness books, sure to entertain and inform in equal measure.

Moving on to sports nutrition, Active Root is a new sports drink containing natural root ginger that is proven to help runners stay refuelled and feeling great whilst running. Too Many T-Shirts creates handmade ‘memory blankets’ out of old t-shirts and is a brilliant solution for putting all those race t-shirts to use.

The final race organiser to come on board is Wolfpack Running, who organise long distance team relay running events across the UK, including the London Cardiff 24 Hour Team Relay Challenge.

Also confirmed as partners and sponsors for The National Running Show are some of the UK’s most trusted running brands and communities, including UKRunChat, Run Mummy Run, Running Heroes, The Great Run Company, Race Solutions, Xtra Mile Events, Impact Marathon Series, White Star Running, Ealing Half Marathon, The Running Awards, ERDINGER Alkoholfrei, Oofos, Up & Running, Scimitar, Sports Injury Fix, Racecheck, Vibram, Hoka One One and Saucony, plus Cancer Research UK as Official Charity Partner.

Media partners for the show include Men’s Running, Women’s Running, Sports Insight Magazine and Athletics Weekly.

Mike Seaman, Director of Raccoon Events, commented:It is fantastic to add such a brilliant line-up of names to The National Running Show. We are delighted to welcome Go Run Right as sponsor of the Run Clinic, as well as two excellent new partners and seven highly relevant exhibitors. Over 21,000 runners have now registered for tickets to the show and we are very much looking forward to hosting everyone under one roof for a fantastic celebration of running.”
