The organisers of The National Running Show Birmingham have announced the latest exhibitors to join the event on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th January 2020 at Birmingham’s NEC.

Adding to the first-class line-up at the third edition of The National Running Show Birmingham will be Absolute 360, Active Root, Beet It Sport, Brighton Marathon Weekend, Greenpeace, Guide Dogs, It’s a Bling Thing, The Buddy Pouch, Xtenec Laces, We Run Trail and The Running School.

Sport and lifestyle brand Absolute 360 brings its multifunctional line of clothing for running, yoga, the gym, extreme sports and other sporting activities to the show. Specialising in infrared performance and recovery sportwear, its gear is designed to help athletes perform better and recover faster.

Active RootActive Root is a sports drink that uses the power of ginger to enhance performance. Using natural ingredients, it calms the stomach and ensures optimal levels of sea salt electrolytes to keep runners fuelled and feeling great during their run.

Beet It Sport also uses the power of nature to help runners perform at their best. Its range of nitrate shots, nitrate concentrate and flapjacks deliver dietary nitrate derived entirely from beetroot, which is proven to increase the flow of blood and oxygen to the muscles.

With many runners visiting The National Running Show for race inspiration, Brighton Marathon Weekend has plenty to offer the 2020 race diary. Taking place 17th-19th April 2020, Brighton Marathon Weekend comprises Brighton Marathon, BM10K, the Mini Mile race and BM Ride.

Guide DogsThe National Running Show always attracts many important charities and this year runners can find out more about putting their efforts towards Greenpeace, to help protect the environment and promote peace, and Guide Dogs, to help give freedom and independence to people living with sight loss.

Anyone with a few medals to display should check out It’s a Bling Thing, with their hand-made and fully customised wooden medal hangars – also perfect as a present for the runner in your life!

Plenty more innovative accessories can be found at The National Running Show, including The Buddy Pouch which uses magnets to lock the pouch into a runner’s waist band instead of a belt. Xtenec elastic laces are the ultimate shoelace that you don’t have to tie, thanks to collapsible knot technology that delivers a perfect ergonomic fit.

The National Running Show Birmingham is excited to introduce The Trail Zone to the event in 2020, to bring together the growing number of people wanting to run longer and discover new places. Featuring in The Trail Zone will be We Run Trail, who offer trail running coaching for beginners through to improvers in the beautiful Surrey Hills.

The Running School also bring their expertise as movement, rehabilitation and speed specialists, to help the very youngest through to the very oldest runners achieve their goals by moving and running better.

The National Running Show is the UK’s biggest independent running show, offering runners the unique opportunity to try out and purchase the latest products and limited editions from big, well-known brands through to smaller brands not found anywhere else. The show expects more than 55,000 visitor ticket registrations for 2020, all of whom will be able to discover the latest kit, tech, nutrition and races from over 250 exhibitors, learn from inspiring speakers and improve their running technique thanks to the hands-on feature areas.

Mike Seaman, CEO of Raccoon Events, commented: “We are delighted to announce the latest exhibitors for The National Running Show Birmingham 2020.
