I am a Christian mother of three with a professional background in community engagement and a passion for community sport that spans several years. Over this time, I have volunteered at numerous running events and have proudly served as a pacer at the London Marathon. As a triathlete and member of local running communities, I am committed to promoting active lifestyles and have successfully encouraged many women and girls to take part in organised races.
I run for enjoyment rather than time, and I especially value supporting others by pacing back-of-the-pack times to create an inclusive and welcoming race experience. Driven by a passion for giving back, I continue to use my voice and networks to inspire participation and ensure that everyone feels they can take part in sport.“
