David, also known as “Yimmy”, is currently on a mission to beat the world record of completing all 6 Abbott World Marathon Majors in the shortest time ever. Having run Berlin, London, Chicago, and New York within a 6-week period, David is now taking his challenge that one step further, aiming to run 7 World Marathon Majors in 7 months, with Tokyo, Boston, and London again in 2023. Naming himself as “Short Fat Guy Runs the Majors” on his social media platforms, Yimmy is passionate about raising funds and awareness for his chosen charity, Young Lives Vs Cancer, as well as to inspire others to challenge themselves to achieve something that they didn’t think would be possible!
