Nicknamed the Queen of the Fells, cancer-survivor Nicky Spinks has set numerous fell-running records, including on the big three rounds (100K fell-running challenges) and for doing doubles on them – she’s the only person to have run doubles on all three.
Nicky, formerly a farmer now an in-demand coach, also has the record for the most Lake District fells run up inside 24 hours (Lakes 24 Hour Record) and numerous race podiums both at home and (Fellsman winner x4) and abroad (Ultra Tour Monte Rosa and 100-mile mountain races), including two attempts at the Barkley Marathons.
