Hayden deals with the day to day running and operations of the FORDY RUNS Running Club, the biggest running club in the UK.
He is a long time 6 Star World Majors Marathon Finisher, running 14 of them now, as well as a London Classics Holder and soon to be Super Half Six Star Finisher with a love for running lots of races and park runs all over Europe and indeed the world.
He also cohosts the award winning, Long Run Podcast, as it goes out Live every week, as well as on the road all the UK and at times the world.
