I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a Personal Trainer, Run Coach, Nutritionist, and Aerobics Instructor. Over the years I have qualified and taught multiple classes, such as Yoga, Antigravity Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, HIIT, Boxing, Circuits, Les Mills programs Bodypump/Combat/Attack/Balance/Trip/CXWorks, and various others. I strive in helping my clients and class participants to reach their goals whilst having fun. As an elite runner I have a passion to incorporate my knowledge into my client’s training plans, making sure they build endurance, strength, mobility, and avoiding injury.
