Come and find us at stand K46 and try one of the following FREE taster sessions we’re doing over the weekend:

  • Foot, Calf and Ankle Strength (great if you get tight calves!)
  • Essential strength for runners
  • 5 great stretches for runners
  • Core for runners

You can come and see us for a chat and to watch the sessions, or you can join in by booking yourself a space HERE.  Alternatively, just turn up on the day and see if there is a space available!

If you don’t feel like joining in on the day, or there are no spaces left on the sessions, then register HERE to get sent FREE videos of all the different sessions run at the Show.  That way you can try them at home in your own time.
