The Suffolk Whole Hog is an annual obstacle course and mud run comprised of two courses, the 5-mile/30 obstacle ‘Whole Hog’ and the longer, 7-mile/40 obstacle ‘Boss Hog’.
Set in the beautiful grounds of Suffolk's Wantisden Valley, runners get in touch with nature by navigating trails and obstacles as they wind through the glorious Suffolk countryside. Obstacles include crawls, climbs, balance beams, spider-webs, tyre carries, water crossings, slip and slides, dark tunnels, and run the gauntlet; we add new obstacles every year and never use inflatable obstacles.
