I’m an endurance athlete, disability advocate, and proud London Classics finisher – having completed the London Marathon, RideLondon, and Swim Serpentine in 2025, becoming the first person with my combination of conditions to do so. Living with multiple invisible disabilities, I’ve learned that strength isn’t always visible. That’s why I run, tri, and advocate – to be a voice for the invisible and show that we define our own potential.
I’m passionate about breaking barriers and showing that sport truly is for every body. Running has given me courage, connection, and a community that celebrates progress over perfection. I want my journey to be a window, mirror, and door – for visibility, belonging, and opportunity in sport.
I want to help others find that same joy – whether it’s crossing a finish line, joining their first parkrun, or simply lacing up on a tough day. If my story helps even one person feel seen, included, or inspired to start, that’s what it’s all about.
