25–26 Jan 2025 273 days to go! #RunShow

Emmaline Kay

I came to running in my 20s and used it as a means of improving my mental health and physical fitness.
Having being bitten by the running bug I wanted to support others in their running. I became a run leader for a local ladies running club and later an endurance run coach. It was during this time that I began working with ladies of all abilities who wanted to find a way to stay fit and be part of a friendship circle.
In 2020 I was asked to be part of the team coaching an online running community. I have connected with runners from all walks of life and have successfully been able to support many runners over the globe to start their running journey regardless of there fitness levels.
I am passionate about getting people up and outside and embracing the challenges that running gives you. Both psychological and physical.
I challenge myself so I can share what I’ve experienced and also so I can learn better ways to support new runners and returning runners.
Running is awesome.
