James Phillips is a lifelong endurance fanatic with a number of National and International AG triathlon medals and experience racing ultra-trail running events and the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Championships. With a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Exeter, James combines his academic background with his own endurance sport experience to help athletes improve their hydration strategy.
