Julie Creffield

Julie Creffield is the award winning blogger and transformational coach behind the ‘Too Fat to Run?’ campaign.

Julie, who is a plus-size runner, set up her blog ‘The Fat Girls Guide to Running’ back in 2010 after coming last in a 10K race. The blog has been read by more than 10 million people worldwide and Julie has taken part in hundreds of endurance races showing what is possible with the right mindset.

She now supports women to survive and thrive in the sport of running no matter their size or ability. She is going to be sharing some lessons and stories from her latest book ‘Leading from the Back’.
