Keri Wallace is a mountain leader, running guide and co-founder of Girls on Hills. She is also author of guidebooks Ben Nevis Mountain Walks and Running Challenges, and creator of the SILVA Swift Half in her local mountains of Glencoe, Scotland.
Keri enjoys fell, sky and ultrarunning and describes herself as a jack of all trades, master of none! Always on the hunt for a novel challenge, Keri enjoys mixing up mountaineering and trail running in all seasons. She holds the female FKT for the winter West Highland Way (solo unsupported), winter Tranter’s Round, summer Glencoe Round and she completed the first Glencoe Classic Rock Round in under 24h with her partner Ben in 2021.
In a former life, Keri was a neurobiologist and has a PhD from Cambridge University in proprioceptive plasticity.
