Liz is an avid runner, Pilates Instructor and mum of two. After battling a series of running niggles and injuries in 2017/18, she adapted her Pilates practice to specifically support her running, and has not looked back since. Her runner-focused Pilates sessions focus on improving stability and supporting a better running form. In recent years she has taken her experience and used it to develop Pilates for Runners, an online subscription platform providing hundreds of easy-to-follow on demand sessions specifically for runners. The sessions are designed to target and improve the key muscles needed to develop and maintain a good running form.
