Liz is an avid runner, Pilates Instructor and mum of two. After battling a series of running niggles and injuries in 2017/18, she adapted her Pilates practice to specifically support her running, and has not looked back since. Her runner-focused Pilates sessions focus on improving stability, aiding recovery, supporting a better running form, and making sure runners are moving and feeling their best.
In recent years she has taken her experience, and that of working with hundreds of other runners, and used it to develop Pilates for Runners. An app providing structured programs and hundreds of easy-to-follow sessions specifically for runners. The app has created a community of runners using Pilates, so they can help and support each other.
