Lorna Spayne is heavily involved in supporting the online community created by the Bad Boy Running Podcast and is the Team Captain for the Bad Boy Running Club. Having unsuccessfully spent her school years trying to master the Modern Pentathlon and forming a particular dislike for running as a result, she progressed to an on-off relationship with running throughout her 20s. Picking it up again in her 30s she ran her first Marathon in 2014 and has since completed Marathons in Boston, London, Paris and more. She has also ventured onto the trails, completing a range of distances, some multi-day events and recently finishing as first female at the Thames Path 100 in her first attempt at the distance.
