My wellness journey began playing semi professional basketball, ran a number of races 5K, 10K, half marathons in the UK & abroad including my first full London Marathon last year. As an Artist Tutor/Mentor, creative performance poet & songwriter I get to creatively influence people through word art music & videography and have actively participated in former running group RunDemCrew but caught my second wind embracing my running lifestyle hoping to empower encourage and enrich Black Women via BGDRUK where I first attend the National Running Show both last year and this year!
