A veteran of 189 Ultras & Marathons, when injuries & old age struck, I decided to set up Spider Runners, to give back to the Running Community.
4 years later, we have 4,000 Runners and a reputation as being the noisiest and happiest run club around ….we run with zero pressure, and lots of laughter, both support our passion for sharing mental wellness. Oh….and we eat HUGE amounts of cake, at the end of every run (and usually at the start and mid-point of most runs too)
