Performance Nutritionist & Epigenetics Practitioner
Natasha Draycott is a performance nutritionist and epigenetics practitioner exploring how the brain drives endurance, focus and recovery. She uses genetics to design personalised nutrition and performance strategies for athletes, helping them optimise both body and mind.
Natasha crewed ultra-runner Jack Faint Across South Africa, where he ran 16 marathons in 14 days while living with a terminal brain tumour, and is lead nutritionist for The Last Ride project, supporting GB skiers as they climb and ski down some of the world’s highest peaks. Her work spans from delivering education for Premier League female footballers to supporting ultra-endurance athletes, focusing not just on fuelling the body, but on optimising cognitive performance.
Currently completing her MSc in Neuroscience, Natasha is fascinated by how the brain functions and how nutrition can be used to support brain health and athletic performance.
